Meet the team

About me:

I am a married mum of two grown up children, one son and one daughter, I also have a four-year-old dog. I was a primary school teacher for 23 years and loved my job but when my own children left home to go to Uni, I fancied a career change. I sat my property exams (Residential Letting and Property Management Scotland) in March 2016. I enjoy the new challenges and the fact every day is different so I never stop learning.

Main aspects of the role: 

Meeting landlords in the first instance and guiding them through the whole process of letting out their property.  I also deal with all monies received and process them in a timely fashion whether it be to the landlord or when posting deposits to Safe Deposit Scotland.  I am also responsible for making sure myself and Jacqui are up to date with any new legislation and ensuring all CPD training is up to date.

Favourite part of the role: 

Building good relationships with our landlords and tenants and ensuring an efficient, first-class service is given to them all.

Hobbies and interests: 

I very much enjoy reading and socialising with family and friends.  I also enjoy spinning, Pilates, tennis (both watching and playing) and taking my dog for long walks.
