Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a high standard of service, however if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service you have the right to make a complaint. Complaints should be submitted in writing (by email or letter) with full details of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full written response after investigation within 15 working days. If you remain dissatisfied with our final response, or if 8 weeks has passed since you first raised the complaint you may refer the matter to the first tier tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber) which deals with complaints about letting agents under the Letting Agent Code of Practice (Scotland) Regulations 2016. This procedure does not affect your legal rights.
